Cold OS is in-house software for Wyrd Tech. These terms govern how operators and approved API consumers access the system. They do not constitute a public service offering.
Acceptable use
Cold OS access is restricted to Wyrd Tech operators with valid invites. Sharing of credentials is not permitted, and automated access outside the documented public API and Bearer keys is prohibited. Suspicious activity may trigger immediate session revocation.
Outbound communications
Operators are responsible for ensuring outreach complies with applicable email, calling, and messaging regulations in the recipient's jurisdiction (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA, and equivalents). Cold OS provides RFC 8058 unsubscribe headers and per-day deduplication, but does not waive operator responsibility.
API access
The public REST API at /api/v1/* is gated by Bearer keys with per-key scope grants and rate limits. Keys are revocable at any time. Misuse — including excessive request volume, scope abuse, or sharing of keys — may result in revocation without notice.
Data ownership
Wyrd Tech owns the data managed by Cold OS. Contacts, organizations, conversation history, and audit logs are the property of Wyrd Tech. Operators do not acquire personal ownership of records created during their use of the system.
Service availability
Cold OS is operated as a best-effort internal service. No SLA is offered. Scheduled and unscheduled downtime may occur, including for maintenance, deploys, or upstream provider incidents.
Changes to these terms
Wyrd Tech may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Cold OS after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
