Cold OS is in-house software for Wyrd Tech. This policy describes how Cold OS handles data when accessed by Wyrd Tech operators. It does not constitute a public service offering.

Information we collect

Cold OS stores contact records, communication history (sent emails, WhatsApp messages, calls, and meetings), and operator activity logs. All data is held within infrastructure operated by Wyrd Tech. No information leaves that infrastructure except through documented integrations with approved providers.

How information is used

The data is used to run cold-outreach workflows, sync calendar events, deliver email and messaging through approved providers (Gmail, Meta, Twilio, Google Calendar), and produce engagement analytics for the operating team. It is not sold, shared, or repurposed outside those workflows.

Data location

Records live in a self-hosted Supabase (Postgres 15) instance running in Docker on a Hostinger VPS. Data is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Row-level security is enabled on every table, and access is constrained by operator role.

Third parties

Outbound communications route through Gmail, Meta WhatsApp, Twilio, Google Calendar, and Apollo (data-only). Each provider receives the minimum data required to perform the requested action. Cold OS does not embed third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

Retention

Data is retained for as long as it is operationally relevant. Operators may delete records via the standard CRM workflows or via direct database access by an admin. Audit logs are retained to support investigations and compliance.

Your rights

If you are a contact who has been reached by Cold OS and want your data removed or amended, contact your point of contact at Wyrd Tech. Requests are honoured promptly and confirmed once completed.

Contact

Questions about this policy can be directed to your Wyrd Tech point of contact.
