Pillars

Everything an SDR team needs, owned end-to-end.

Native flows

Visual builder with email, delay, branch, call, WhatsApp, task, update-stage, add-to-pool, and goal nodes. 60s tick latency.

Multichannel reach

Gmail send, WhatsApp via Meta + Twilio, Twilio agent-first calls, LinkedIn interaction logging — one timeline.

Signal capture

Replies via Gmail Pub/Sub, opens, clicks, bounces, call outcomes, meeting attendance — every touch lands as an event.

Apollo Search

Discover and save prospects with strict data-only doctrine. Operator-controlled enrichment.

Actions & Pools

Flow-spawned actions, channel-aware buttons, drag-orderable pools, custom fields per pool.

Public REST API

17 resources, OpenAPI 3.1 schema, Bearer-key auth, rate-limited, audited.

Audit + outbox

Every external write goes through outbox_actions. Decryption is sudo-gated. Audit log is canonical.

Custom fields

Operator-defined columns on contacts and lists — text, number, date, dropdown, multi-select, checkbox. Stored as JSONB, indexed for filtering.

How it works

Discover. Engage. Convert.

01

Discoverprospects.

Apollo Search and CSV import bring prospects in. Multi-email, multi-phone, custom fields per contact. Operator owns the merge.

02

Engageon cadence.

Native flows orchestrate email, WhatsApp, and calls on a cadence you define. Branch on engagement. Exit on reply, bounce, meeting booked.

03

Convertinto pipeline.

Replies, meetings, calls — every signal lands in one timeline. Engagement scoring ranks who's hot. Actions close the loop.

Sequences engine

Build flows visually.

Drag nodes onto the canvas. Branch on opens, replies, calls, or stage changes. The 60-second scheduler tick advances every active enrollment with sub-minute exit latency.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is Cold OS open source?
No. Cold OS is in-house software, purpose-built for Wyrd Tech. The public-facing API and developer portal exist for our internal teams and approved integrations.
Where does the data live?
Self-hosted Supabase running in Docker on a Hostinger VPS. Encrypted at rest, RLS on every table, audit-logged.
Is there an API?
Yes. A REST API at /api/v1/* with Bearer-key auth and an OpenAPI 3.1 schema. See the developer portal at /developers.
What sends my email?
Gmail. OAuth + stored refresh tokens — no SMTP, SendGrid, or third-party sender. The same applies to WhatsApp (Meta + Twilio) and calls (Twilio agent-first bridge). All external sends route through the outbox.
What's the flow engine?
A native, time-driven FSM. The 60-second coldos-sequence-tick service selects due enrollments and enqueues advance-sequence outbox rows. The 30-second outbox drainer runs the FSM, executing nodes and computing exits within sub-minute latency.
Can Cold OS integrate with [tool]?
Probably. The outbox pattern makes integrations a drop-in handler. Today: Gmail, Google Calendar, Twilio, Meta WhatsApp, Apollo Search, WyrdOS federation.

Ready to run outreach on your terms?
